Q. When will my order get dispatched?

A. We will dispatch your order on the same day if it is placed before 12pm on a working day. Otherwise, we dispatch your order on the next working day. (Note: SLA period is 1-2 Days)

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Electronic Transaction Order: Orders placed are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of placing the order.

Q. How can I view, change or cancel my order?

A. You can view, change or cancel your orders by clicking on the “My Account” option in the menu. Please note that you can only cancel the order before it is shipped.

Q. I have a different query; how do I contact you?

Q. Is the price quoted inclusive of tax?

A. Yes, the prices quoted are inclusive of GST component applicable on the material component.
